Land Clearing and Forestry Mulching in Northwest Arkansas
Wooded, rocky, grown over: whatever shape your NWA ground is in, we clear it down to dirt you can build on. Fayetteville to Bella Vista, one call gets a free estimate: (501) 208-6399.
Northwest Arkansas keeps filling up, and the land that's left is the hard kind: timber on rock, cedar on slope, undergrowth nobody has touched in decades. If you own a piece of Benton or Washington County and need it cleared, that's the work we do. Forestry mulching, land clearing, and site development across the whole region: Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville, Bella Vista, and every county road between them.
Here's the part most contractors would bury at the bottom of the page: our shop sits in Hattieville, Conway County, about two hours from the NWA corridor. We make that drive on purpose. We own every machine we run, excavators, forestry mulchers, bulldozers, skid steers, plus the trucks and trailers that haul them, so moving iron across the state is normal operations, not a favor. We already clear right-of-way along Arkansas interstates and highways under contract. Long hauls are built into how this company works, and Northwest Arkansas is a region we've chosen, not one we drift through when things get slow.
The number first: forestry mulching projects start at $2,500, and past that the price rides on acres, slope, rock, and how thick the growth stands. Nobody can put an honest number on Ozark ground from a desk, so we don't try. Call (501) 208-6399 for a free estimate. Austin Brice typically calls back within 10 minutes during business hours, he walks the property with you, and the number he gives you is the number.
The Ground Up Here: Rock, Slope, and Thick Timber
Benton and Washington counties sit up on the Ozark plateau, and the ground acts like it: thin topsoil over chert and limestone, oak and hickory overhead, eastern redcedar packed into old fields and fence rows, and grades that drop away fast once you leave the pavement. That combination punishes the wrong machine. Tracked equipment with a mulching head handles it. The head grinds trees and brush right where they stand, the tracks grip the grade, and the ground stays covered in mulch instead of stripped to raw dirt that washes with the first storm. No burn piles to watch. No loads to haul.
Now the market. This metro has spent years near the top of the national growth charts, and the easy, flat, already-cleared parcels are long gone. Bentonville and Rogers push outward, Fayetteville and Springdale fill in between, and Bella Vista keeps adding homes back in the timber. What changes hands now is wooded ground: hillside tracts, county-road acreage, raw land between the towns getting split and built on. All of it starts as trees and rock, and somebody has to make it ground you can pour on. We keep a page for each of the five big towns if you want street-level detail, but the short version holds everywhere in the region: you call, Austin walks it, you get a firm number, and the job finishes on the date he gave you.

What We Clear Across Northwest Arkansas
Several Lots, One Contractor
Builders and investors working more than one NWA town don't need three clearing outfits. Same crew, same machines, one phone number, whether the lot sits in Bentonville or south Fayetteville. Line the jobs up back to back and quit juggling schedules.
Acreage Between the Towns
Plenty of NWA land has no town name attached: wooded tracts off county roads in Benton and Washington County. We clear those too. If a truck and trailer can reach it, the machines can work it.
Land Bought From Out of State
People move to this metro from everywhere, and a lot of them buy ground before they get here. Call us from wherever you are. You'll get a straight read on what the property needs and a firm number before you spend a dime.
Survey and Perc Test Clearing
Surveyors and septic crews can't work ground they can't reach. We cut the lines, openings, and access they need, so the perc test and the survey happen on schedule and your build doesn't stall before it starts.
Trails on Your Own Land
This region rides bikes and walks its woods. Got acreage? We cut trail corridors through your timber: clean lines, a mulched running surface, no stumps waiting to bite a tire.
Every Service, One Crew
We bring our own equipment to every Northwest Arkansas job: forestry mulching, land clearing, and site development. No subcontractors, no rental delays.
"Thank you so much for the work you did on our land! You helped us see what is possible by giving us space to create. We will definitely recommend you to our friends and family!"
