Land Clearing & Forestry Mulching in Conway, AR

Overgrown lot in town or grown-up acreage outside it: we clear it down to clean ground with no burning and no hauling. Free estimates, straight answers: (501) 208-6399.

You've got land in Conway that's more brush than ground. Maybe it's a lot you plan to build on, maybe it's acreage you just closed on, maybe it's the back half of your property you haven't walked in years. The fix is the same: clear it. Brice Contracting takes overgrown lots and acreage down to clean, usable ground: brush, scrub timber, and stumps turned into a site you can actually build on.

Most jobs start with forestry mulching. The machine grinds trees and brush right where they stand and leaves a tight layer of mulch behind. No burn piles, no waiting on weather or burn bans, no dump trucks hauling debris through a Conway neighborhood. When the job calls for dirt work, pads, or driveways, we bring excavators, dozers, and skid steers. We own the whole fleet, so the right machine shows up the first time and nothing waits on a rental yard.

Here's the part most contractors skip: forestry mulching projects start at $2,500. We'd rather tell you that now than surprise you later. The estimate itself is free. Austin Brice, the owner, walks the property with you, looks at what's actually standing on it, and hands you a real number. Call (501) 208-6399. Licensed and insured.

Conway Is Growing. Raw Land Has to Catch Up.

Faulkner County is one of the fastest growing counties in Arkansas, and the ground shows it. New rooftops keep pushing out from Conway, up US 65 toward Greenbrier, east on US 64 toward Vilonia, and south toward Mayflower and Lake Conway. Most of that growth starts as raw land: pasture that becomes a subdivision, a wooded five acres that becomes somebody's homesite. Somebody has to make that ground buildable first. Our shop sits in Hattieville, about 35 minutes from Conway on I-40, and that interstate is familiar territory: we clear right-of-way along Arkansas interstates and highways under contract. Getting machines to a Conway job is the easy part.

The land around town is a mix, and every piece of it grows back hard. Creek bottoms along Cadron Creek and the low ground near Lake Conway fill in with willow, privet, and vines fast enough to swallow a fence line in two summers. Pasture left alone goes to eastern redcedar and blackberry, same as it does across most of Arkansas. And with houses this close together, burn piles are a problem before you even ask about a permit. Mulching clears all of it with nothing to burn and nothing to haul.

What We Clear in Conway

New Homesite Prep

Clear the pad, the driveway path, and the lay-down area before the first concrete truck rolls. We mulch the brush, pull the stumps, and leave a site where dirt work and footings aren't fighting roots.

Acreage Cleanup Outside Town

Five, ten, forty acres of grown-up ground out toward Greenbrier, Vilonia, Wooster, or Mayflower. We knock back the brush and scrub timber so you can finally see, fence, and use what you bought.

Overgrown Pasture

Cedar and blackberry will take a pasture back in a few seasons. Forestry mulching grinds the encroachment flat and puts the ground back to grass without tearing up your topsoil.

Lot and Site Development

Commercial pads, subdivision lots, church and shop sites along the I-40 and US 65 corridors. Clearing, grubbing, and dirt work from one contractor that owns its own excavators and dozers.

Hunting and Recreational Land

Shooting lanes, trails, food plot edges, and camp spots in the creek bottoms and timber around Faulkner County. Mulched lanes stay open and walkable instead of turning into slash piles.

Every Service, One Crew

We bring our own equipment to every Conway job: forestry mulching, land clearing, and site development. No subcontractors, no rental delays.

"I really loved working with you all and plan on having you come back!"
