Heavy equipment clearing wooded land in Arkansas

Land Clearing & Forestry Mulching in Springdale, AR

Cedar creeps in fast around here. We grind it out faster: mulched flat where it stands, nothing to burn, nothing to haul. Free estimates: (501) 208-6399.

Brush doesn't wait on you. The fencerows disappear, the pasture shrinks, and the back of your property turns into a wall of scrub you can't walk through. Brice Contracting clears it. Forestry mulching, land clearing, and site development for property in and around Springdale: trees, stumps, brush, all of it gone, down to ground you can use again.

We're based in Hattieville, out in Conway County, and we work all over Arkansas, from the river bottoms to the Ozarks. We own every machine we run: forestry mulchers, excavators, bulldozers, skid steers. No rental delays, no subcontractors, no waiting on somebody else's schedule. Austin Brice owns the company. Licensed and insured.

Estimates are free, and they're real estimates. We walk the property, look at what's on it, and put a firm number on it. Forestry mulching projects start at $2,500. If your job's smaller than that, we'll tell you up front instead of padding a bill. Call (501) 208-6399 before the brush gets another season.

Springdale Ground Changes Fast

Springdale sits right on the Washington-Benton county line, and the ground changes fast as you cross town. West and north it runs flatter: ag land, poultry operations, and new commercial pads going in along I-49 and Highway 412. East of town the Ozarks take over, and the land turns rocky, sloped, and timbered all the way out toward Beaver Lake. Plenty of properties have a piece of both. That's why owning the whole fleet matters: the machine that clears a cedar-choked pasture is not the machine that cuts a pad.

This is still working land, even with one of the fastest-growing metros in the country wrapped around it. Poultry houses and cattle pasture sit minutes from new warehouses and subdivisions, and the squeeze is real. Pastures go to cedar and locust because nobody's had a spare week to fight it. Wooded acreage east of town gets bought for homesites and needs a build spot, a driveway, and a view opened up. Raw lots near the corridor sit waiting on dirt work. Different jobs, same first step: clear it. We bring the mulcher for the grass you want back and the dozer and excavator for the pad you want cut.

What We Clear in Springdale

Pasture Reclamation

Cedar and locust take a pasture an acre at a time. We mulch it back, fence line to fence line: no burn piles, no hauling, no torn-up ground. The mulch breaks down and the grass comes back.

Poultry and Farm Ground

Brush crowding the chicken houses, overgrown buffer ground, fencerows you can't string wire through. We clear around working operations without wrecking what you need to keep running.

Homesites Toward Beaver Lake

Wooded, rocky, sloped acreage east of town. We open up the build site, cut the driveway, and clear the view, and we leave the trees you want standing.

Commercial Pads and Lot Prep

Raw lots along the corridor don't clear themselves. We clear, grub, and rough out sites so dirt work can start on schedule, with excavators and bulldozers we own outright.

Easements and Access

A utility easement, a back lane, or a long driveway through timber: we cut it clean and keep it usable. The same crews clear right-of-way along Arkansas interstates and highways under contract, so a tight easement doesn't slow anybody down.

Every Service, One Crew

We bring our own equipment to every Springdale job: forestry mulching, land clearing, and site development. No subcontractors, no rental delays.

"I really loved working with you all and plan on having you come back!"
