Land Clearing and Forestry Mulching Across Central Arkansas

Brush, timber, and stumps cleared to bare ground from the River Valley to the Little Rock metro. One crew, our own machines, free estimates: (501) 208-6399.

Somewhere between Russellville and Cabot there's a piece of ground with your name on the deed and ten years of growth on top of it. Cedar taking the pasture. Privet filling the creek bottom. A thicket standing exactly where the house pad is supposed to go. Whatever shape it's in, the fix is the same: we grind the brush, grub the stumps, and leave ground you can build on, farm, fence, or sell.

Central Arkansas is the easiest place in the state for us to work. The shop sits at 3 Timbercreek Rd in Hattieville, in Conway County, about ten minutes off I-40, and the interstate runs to almost every job in the region: Morrilton in about 15 minutes, Russellville in about 30, Conway in about 35, the Little Rock metro in about an hour. We already haul machines up and down this corridor clearing right-of-way along Arkansas interstates and highways under contract. And every piece of equipment is ours: forestry mulchers, excavators, bulldozers, skid steers. No rental counter standing between you and a start date.

The cost question, answered before you ask: forestry mulching projects start at $2,500. Past that minimum, price comes down to acres, growth, and terrain, which is why the estimate is a free walk of your actual property instead of a guess off an aerial photo. Call (501) 208-6399 and tell us where the ground sits. Licensed and insured.

River Bottoms, Cedar Pasture, Pine Timber: This Is Home Ground

The land changes fast across this region, and all of it grows back hard. Along the Arkansas River, bottomland fills in with willow, privet, and vine tangle quicker than anything you can mow. North of the river, pasture in Conway, Pope, and Faulkner counties goes to cedar a few seasons after the cows stop keeping up. South toward Benton and Bryant it turns to pine timber with a thick understory, and out east around Cabot and Lonoke County it's creek-bottom brush swallowing fence lines. Different ground, same answer: the mulcher takes growth down where it stands and leaves the soil covered instead of scraped bare.

And the region keeps filling up. Saline and Faulkner counties rank among the fastest growing in Arkansas, the metro pushes out along I-30, US 67/167, and US 65, and every one of those new rooftops, shops, and pads started as raw ground somebody had to clear first. Whether your property sits in Pulaski, Faulkner, Saline, Lonoke, Conway, or Pope County, it's the same fleet and the same phone number. Pick your town below or just call: the machines are already on this side of the state.

What We Clear Across Central Arkansas

Bottomland Off the Arkansas River

Bottomland along the Arkansas River and the creeks that feed it grows brush faster than any other ground in the region. We mulch the willow, privet, and vines down to the dirt and leave a layer of cover that holds the bank instead of washing downstream.

Field Edges Back to the Wire

Fields shrink from the edges in. Sapling rows swallow the wire, corners go to thicket, and you lose acres you're still paying taxes on. We cut the edges back to the line so you can fence, hay, and work the whole parcel again.

Timber Understory and Firebreaks

From Saline County pines to the hardwood ridges north of the river, timber fills in underneath until you can't walk your own stand. Mulching the understory opens it back up for access and firebreaks without touching the trees you're keeping.

Boundary and Corner Cuts

Buying, selling, or fencing land starts with knowing where it ends. We cut clean boundary and survey lines through brush and timber so the surveyor, the fence crew, or the buyer can actually find the corners.

Pads, Ponds, and Driveways

When clearing turns into dirt work, the same crew keeps going: building pads, pond sites, driveways, and rough grading with our own excavators and dozers. One contractor from the first tree down to finished dirt.

Every Service, One Crew

We bring our own equipment to every Central Arkansas job: forestry mulching, land clearing, and site development. No subcontractors, no rental delays.

"We appreciate everything you've done. It looks like a different place! We will be recommending you, and we will call you back the next time we need anything done!"
